2015 saw Production GTI launch the all new MK5 Golf GTI Series. Based upon the same successful platform as the MK2 recipe, you can choose between 3 or 5 door and manual or DSG cars. Limited modifications and maintaining the Production based ethos, keeps the costs down and the thrills high. The Volkswagen Golf GTI MK5 is one of the best GTI’ to roll of the VW production line since the MK2’s back in the 1980’s.
As a standard road car they are fantastic, once you add race suspension, a fruity exhaust and a custom remap to 260BHP, then these cars turn into a serious race weapon.
